I’m Eric Xu, a student from Pennsylvania, and I am dedicated to helping neuroblastoma patients come to the US for treatment. When I first heard the news a few years ago, I didn’t know what to do. My baby cousin had been diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma and there was nothing I could do about it. However, my aunt joined various community groups with thousands of other families and I learned that I could facilitate communication for Chinese patients. Ever since, I’ve been helping multiple families come to the US for clinical trials and I hope to continue doing so.
